Continue into second hour.
We understand the power of design, that by putting the humans we serve–whether they be patients, doctors, consumers, etc- at the center of our work we’re able to better understand challenges and find more effective solutions. As organizations begin to recognize the power of design and invest in it by building teams, they often realize that finding opportunities and solutions is only part of the challenge. In order to build innovation and human-centricity within an organization, the organization itself needs to have structures and systems that not only support, but also promote these new ways of approaching problem solving.
How can we be more human-centric in the way we structure and run organizations? How can we foster innovation by building better teams and processes? How can we inspiring people, helping them use new tools to work together, identify problems and break down silos that stop progress? In this track of presentation and panel discussion, we’ll hear first-hand stories of the successes, challenges, and practical take-aways that organizations have encountered as they’ve worked to build their approaches to innovation and human centricity. Building Innovation and Human-Centricity in Organizations
